Caterpillar

There once was a man who found a caterpillar. He took this caterpillar and took care of it. His pet eventually became a cocoon, one day it started to try and break free but it couldn't. The man, noticing his pets struggle, he took the cocoon and cut open a hole. The new butterfly broke free, but it couldn't fly. The man had taken the struggle away from his pet but had prevented him from forming fully. His pet spent the rest of his life walking instead of flying. 
God gives us struggles to form us! Without struggles we wouldn't fly! Jesus struggled through his passion and was buried for three days. On the third day he rose from the dead and saved the world.
God put struggles into our lives to make us better. It sucks during the struggle, but in the end we reap the benefits. 
This week pick someone you know who is struggling, with anything, porn,drugs, anger, and pray for them everyday. God loves a giving heart :)

Ladies day!

On the facebook page we challenged the guys to a more chivalrous life style. Now how about chivalry for girls? Now you may be thinking, 'Wait, hold on chivalry is for guys only', but really chivalry is for both men and women, though women go about it in a different way. When a guy sees a girl in a short skirt, or bikini, or some other revealing attire, it attracts him to the girl in a way that God didn't quite intend. When a guy sees a girl dressed modestly, he has more respect for her because he knows that she cares about her body, and she doesn't want to be used as a object for mens pleasure. If he doesn't view you this way when you dress modest then he was never worth your time. Women were the last being on earth created, making you the crown jewel of creation. The most beautiful being was saved for last. You should be viewed this way, as the most beautiful being ever created. If a man doesn't treat you as such he is not worth your time, because no matter what you see in the mirror and no matter what has happend to you in the past, you are beautiful. You should wake up every morning knowing that you are the most beautiful being ever made. This week protect that 'Temple of the Holy Spirit' that you have been given. Do not put yourself out there for guys to use, for eye candy or physical candy, becuase you are beautiful. Instead show them that you care about your body and that you have respect for yourself.
